The Consumer Technology Association (CTA) is supporting the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington (BGCGW) to strengthen STEM learning and career development in the Washington DC metro area. The collaboration will help local students better understand the career opportunities the tech field offers and learn the skills they’ll need in the workforce of today and tomorrow.

“The STEM program at The Boys & Girls Club is an important resource for hundreds of youth in local communities across the country – a critical step toward making the tech sector more accessible to our nation’s diversity of talent,” said Tiffany Moore, senior vice president of political and industry affairs, CTA. “Through this collaboration, we hope to demystify STEM and create a rich pipeline for future tech jobs. BGCGW is making positive changes in the lives of its members, and CTA is committed to supporting the organization in helping develop the tech leaders of tomorrow. I know first hand the value Boys and Girls Clubs as a former club kid and I’m excited to support their work.’
