In June 2017, I was pleasAll in Together hosted the AIT Women in Tech Policy Forum in partnership with Tech:NYC and the Ellevate Network. Over 200 attendees joined us for the half-day event, which explored today’s most pressing policy issues and how women are leading change in the tech industry.
Featured speakers included New York Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul, Tiffany Moore (VP, Consumer Technology Association), Shelly Kapoor Collins (Partner, The Shatter Fund), and Laura Clayton McDonnell (General Manager, Microsoft) among other notable speakers. Panels explored topics ranging from women leading change in the tech industry to how civic tech is driving policy. The event concluded with a fireside chat between Deputy Mayor Alicia Glen and Susan Chira of the NY Times. Learn more about the Women in Tech Policy forum here.
