As the Senior Vice President of Political and Industry Affairs at the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), Tiffany M. Moore leads advocacy efforts at the federal level on issues that affect the consumer technology industry. Tiffany also drives the association’s political strategy and programs and leads the team managing CTA’s political assets, the CTA Innovation Townhouse, and CTA’s political action committee, CTAPAC.

Tiffany launched CTA’s Industry Affairs portfolio at the intersection of technology and the workforce, focused on preparing tech sector employers and employees for the future of work, advancing apprenticeships within the industry, and driving women and diversity efforts. Tiffany launched and manages CTA’s $10 million fund investing in women and diverse-led venture funds and managers.

With over 25 years of experience in government and external affairs, Tiffany has a proven track record of advancing policy goals and corporate social responsibility (CSR) values through effective stakeholder engagement, coalition building, and public speaking. Tiffany has successfully led campaigns to enact legislation on accessibility, trade, immigration, and patents and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech sector. She is passionate about showcasing the positive impact of technology on society and empowering the next generation of tech leaders.

Tiffany serves on the boards of The Faith and Politics Institute, GlobalWIN, and SeedAI.

A proud native of Detroit, Michigan, Tiffany earned her M.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, and her B.A. from Western Michigan University.
